People like Fred and Lauren Pignataro came to support the farm. They want to keep Long Island's heritage alive. Long ago, there were many duck farms on Long Island. But over time, they disappeared. The farm owner is hopeful for the future. He believes he can restart the business. But for now, they are waiting for the eggs to hatch.
